Nourish to Thrive: Nutrition & Lifestyle Tips to Support Health After Breast Cancer and to Reduce Recurrence Risk (Erin Pellegrin)
You have more power than you think when it comes to your health! This presentation shares simple, science-backed nutrition and lifestyle tips that help reduce breast cancer recurrence risk and support long-term health after diagnosis. We’ll talk about what to eat more of (and what to limit), how staying active supports your body, and why small changes—like managing stress or getting enough sleep—can make a big difference. You'll leave with practical tools, encouragement, and a better understanding of how your everyday choices can help you feel your best and support long-term wellness.
Intimacy, Sexuality, Identity and Sensuality During and Post Breast Cancer Treatment (Dr. Molly Weingart)
This presentation will include information about pelvic health function and physical therapy, regarding sexual health strategies throughout the course of breast cancer.
Truncal Lymphedema and Compression (Coco Burt)
Diving into the ever-evolving space for screening and care; Highlighting the difficulties when selecting appropriate truncal garments; Reviewing what features are right for certain truncal maintenance plans.
The Magic In Movement - Including Chair Yoga (Priscilla Fitzpatrick)
Join us for an inspiring session as Priscilla shares her journey in creating Strong Thru Cancer. Discover the significant role that exercise, yoga, and meditation play in navigating a cancer diagnosis. Priscilla will also guide you a rejuvenating 20-minute chair yoga practice paired with a soothing meditation. Don't miss this opportunity to find strength and peace during challenging times.
Meet The Presenters
Erin Pellegrin, RD, LDN
Unite For Her
Erin Pellegrin, RD, LDN is Unite for HER’s Senior Director of Culinary Nutrition and Education. Joining full-time in 2018 after five years as a contributing dietitian, Erin educates and counsels breast and ovarian cancer patients through treatment and survivorship as part of the Wellness Program. She also leads the Unite for HER Connect education initiative, which includes the Virtual Hangout, Speaker Series, and Ask the Experts platforms. Previously, Erin worked as a clinical dietitian specializing in oncology in Philadelphia. She holds a nutrition degree from LaSalle University and a BA in Communication/Journalism from St. John Fisher College.
Priscilla Fitzpatrick
Founder - Stronger Thru Cancer
Priscilla Fitzpatrick is a Cancer Exercise Specialist through the American Council on Exercise, a Livestrong instructor through the Livestrong Foundation in association with the YMCA, a registered Yoga Instructor through the National Yoga Alliance, a prenatal Yoga instructor through Yoga Works of California, and a TRX and Group Fitness instructor through the YMCA. She has been teaching for over 17 years. The program she created after being widowed and facing the global pandemic alone, has served over 400 people across the country. Stronger Thru Cancer, her on-line exercise and wellness program for anyone with cancer, has had members in 23 different states, including Hawaii. Aside from her two daughters,and her 20 year survivorship, it is the thing she is most proud of. Priscilla lives in Bala Cynwyd, PA with her two daughters, her fiance, his two children, and their combined two cats and two dogs. If she isn't teaching, she is hiking or competing on the river with her Dragon Boat team Making Waves.
Dr. Molly Weingert, PT, DPT, CLT

Dr. Molly Weingart, PT, DPT, CLT is a pelvic health and lymphedema physical therapist in Princeton, NJ. She is Herman and Wallace trained, Low Pressure Fitness Certified Coach, and Certified Lymphedema Therapy. She aims to normalize all health conditions and create a treatment environment that is open, accessible, and inclusive.
